Terry Lock
County Commissioner

Terry is serving his seventh year as County Commissioner from District 2. Terry began his first term January 1, 1998.  He served as vice president of the commissioners for four years and is in his third year as president.  He presently serves on the Emergency Management Advisory Council and the EMA, and he has served on Indiana Region 15 Planning Commission for 7 years. Terry is also president of the Perry County Solid Waste board and served as its vice president for three years. Terry, a life long democrat has served as the vice president of the Democrat Central Committee for the last three years.

Terry retired from the Boilermakers Local 374 after 36 years of service.  He is a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, the Tell City Order of Eastern Star, and Euclid Masonic Lodge #573 of Terre Haute.  An avid golfer, Terry is a member of Hoosier Heights Country Club and Winward Heights Country Club.

He resides in Tobinsport with his wife of 38 years, Pam Lock who is the daughter of the late Kenneth Kleaving and Hilda Kleaving of Tell City. They are the parents of two sons: Mike of Nashville, TN, and Jeff of Tell City. They also have two grandsons, Tyler and Trevor of Nashville.
