Tell City Councilman 4th Ward

Rick was elected to represent the 4th. Ward on January 1st. 1992. He is a lifelong resident of Tell City and is married to the former Terri York, daughter of Bill and Bonnie York. They are the parents of two children, Brian who is married to the former Amber Weatherholt and Toni who is married to Matt Rayburn. Brian and Amber reside in Tell City and Toni and Matt reside in Nashville, Tenn.

Rick has been on the Parks and Recreation board for 14 years, Windy Creek 8 years, Board of Public Works and Safety 4 years, Emergency Management 1 year and the Fire Department 1year. Rick has been active in the community in Little League, Babe-Ruth, Girls softball and Girls basketball. Rick also was a P.I.D.I. scuba instructor for 25 years and an ex Water Safety Instructor
