Mendy Ward
Perry County Assessor

Mendy is currently serving her first term as County Assessor. She resides in Tell City with her son Seth, 13, and daughter Haley, 11. She is the daughter of David and Pat (Amos) Reed.

Mendy is a member of the Association of Indiana Counties, Association of Indiana County Assessors (and a past representative for small counties), International Association of Assessing Officers and a member of the Women’s Democrat Association of Perry County.

Mendy belongs to the Evangelical United Church of Christ, and is a member of the Women of the Moose where she is currently holding the position of Recorder. She has been a past member of Junior Women and Tri-Kappa.

Mendy is a certified Level 1 and Level II Assessor/Appraiser
